4. Ownership Services

• Square meters of land listed on our platform are available for fractional ownership.
• All properties are legally acquired and held by BRICKS TO HOME REALTY & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED.
• Ownership is represented by digital receipts and deeds of assignment sent to a user's registered email or issued within the app.
• Each project has a defined holding period before any payouts can be realized.
• You may not build or develop on purchased square meters. Ownership is for value growth purposes only.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

• Payments are processed securely via authorized payment providers (e.g., Paystack).
• Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified bank account.
• All transactions are final and subject to applicable fees.

6. Compliance Obligations

• We comply with NDPR, GDPR, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• You agree to provide valid identification and documentation when required.
• Failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in suspension of your account.

7. Risks and Disclaimer

• Land ownership through our platform carries inherent risks, including market fluctuations.
• While we strive to deliver consistent value growth, we do not guarantee profits.
• By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with property ownership.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and app (logos, text, graphics, code) is the property of BRICKS TO HOME REALTY & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access, user errors, or third-party service disruptions.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
